- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp any vinegar or 1 tbsp lime juice

- 1 bunch spinach
- 2 big carrots or 12-13 baby carrots

- Clean, wash and pat dry the chicken breast. Now in a big bowl add yogurt, ginger, and garlic powder with 1 tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste and vinegar or lemon juice. Mix those all very well and add chicken breast to it and coat it very well. Cover it and marinate it for a minimum of 1 hour or for overnight if you have time in hand. Now allow it to boil once start boiling add the cooked chicken and 1 tsp lemon juice and mix very well.
- Now lower the flame and cover the pan and cook it for 10 minutes so that everything could combine and the chicken gets more tender along with the gravy. The gravy should be very thick just like a coating. Then off the flame and leave it to rest for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, let's saute the veggies.
- You can take any veggies of your choice I had taken tomatoes, Carrots, and spinach. Wash and peel the veggies and cut the tomatoes and carrots longitudinally into four pieces. Leave the spinach leaves as it is but wash thoroughly. Now add a tbsp of oil in a pan when get heated then add the carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame. After that add tomatoes and saute again for 2-3 minutes. Then finally add the spinach and saute again. Add just 1 tsp salt to it and saute on high flame.
